At ILoveDooney, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return your items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided through the portal. A flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any protective fillers are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location. Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
